CNC Machining

PNM has been producing precision components for over 43 years and provides machining services utilizing the most advanced technologies which require less processing time, lowers costs and enhances quality. CNC Horizontal Machining

PNM utilizes 30 CNC Machining Centers, seven of which are high volume Horizontal machining centers with over 100 robotically actuated pallets. Each pallet has four sides giving us a combined capacity of over 400 different custom parts ready to machine at the push of a button at any time.

CNC Milling

PNM has twelve Haas Vertical Mills with shuttle pallet loaders for low, medium or high volume production machining. As will all our equipment, our Vertical mills are producing high quality parts 24 hours a day seven days a week.

CNC Turning

PNM has two Screw Machine machining centers and eight high capacity turning centers all with automated bar feeders running 24 hours a day seven days a week. Combined with our Vertical machining capacity, we can rapidly machine even the most complex of parts to the tightest of tolerances at unmatched speed and accuracy.

Whether you parts required secondary operations, specialized finishing, heat treating or laser etching we have you covered.

CNC Aluminum Extrusion Cost Reduction

PNM has a collection of over 200 aluminum extrusions specifically designed to reduce the part cost to our customers. We can design an extrusion to reduce the cycle time on your parts and reduce the overall material cost. When combined with our high volume horizontal palletized machining capabilities, we can keep your part costs world class.
