How can I apply?
You may apply for a position with our Company any Monday thru Friday from 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
We are located near the Fresno Yosemite International Airport.

What are the minimum qualifications for any position with PNM Company?
- Must pass a drug test
- Must have stable work history
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED
- Must pass a background check
- Must have a valid driver’s license or ID
What can I expect if I apply in person?
In addition to completing an application, you may be required to interview with a manager on duty.
- Be prepared to be here approximately 45 minutes.
- Bring your complete work history for 10 years. (If applicable.)
- Bring 3 work references, names and phone numbers.
- We recommend that you review our website before coming.
What is the starting pay?
Pay is based on position and experience.
When is payday?
PNM employees are paid weekly every Wednesday. Direct deposit is available.
What are your benefits?
We have a competitive benefit package. Employees are eligible the first of the month following 60 days of full-time employment.
What are your work hours?
PNM Company runs 3 alternate shifts in our production area.
- Day shift is (4) 10 hour days starting at 5:00 a.m. till 3:30 p.m. (Monday-Thursday)
- Night Shift is (4) 10 hour days starting at 3:15 p.m. till 1:45 a.m. (Monday -Thursday)
- Weekend shift is (3) 12 hour days starting at 6 a.m. till 6:30 p.m. (Friday-Sunday) Note: All weekend shift employees work 36 hours but get paid for 40 hours – 4 bonus hours
